The service
The Murder Whisperer is a multiplayer detective game for three to six players, operated by Theodore Huntington. Cases are purchased individually or in bundles and can be replayed.
Text message invitations
Players may invite friends by entering their mobile number in the game lobby. Doing so sends that person one text containing the join link for that game.
By entering someone's number you confirm you know them and are inviting them to a game you are hosting. Do not enter numbers belonging to people who have not agreed to hear from you. We limit how many invitations a game may send and refuse repeated messages to the same number.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance.
Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Cases you buy remain available to you; we will not remove purchased content.
Purchases and refunds
Payments are processed by Wix. If a case does not work as described, contact us and we will put it right or refund it.
Fair play
The game depends on players not seeing each other's evidence. Do not attempt to read another player's cards, inspect network traffic to reveal the solution, or otherwise defeat the design. Accounts doing so may be closed.
Intellectual property
The cases, characters, artwork, and the Detective Lauren Gabriel novels are the property of Theodore Huntington. Playing a case does not grant a licence to reproduce or distribute its content.
Availability
We aim to keep the game running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Games in progress may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance.
